Cayla’s Coats is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to make sure that there is not another drowning. Cayla’s Coats was started in memory of Cayla Barnes after she drowned at the age of 20 months in 2010. As an organization, we provide: water safety education, life jackets, and coats to children in need in our community.
